December 2007 - Victorian User Group in Melbourne

Over 50 customers, including representatives from regional locations in Horsham, Taralgon and Wangaratta attended the Victorian Users Group at Rydges North Melbourne on December 19.

The audience received demonstrations of new features in The Care Manager. Peter Dannock, Group Product Manager demonstrated the TCM Warehouse Reporting facility and VINAH data collection. Peter also provided a preview of the new .Net version.

Belinda West, Software consultant, demonstrated how clinical assessments could be developed using the Survey Designer.

In addition to the technical presentation, users were given the opportunity to mingle with each other and meet the DCA staff over drinks.

August 2007 - MOIRA refresher training day

Pictured above are some of the staff from MOIRA that attended a refresher training day in The Care Manager on Tuesday 7 August. The venue was DCA's training room at its offices in Spencer Street, West Melbourne.

MOIRA provides a range of support services for people with disabilities and homeless youth in and throughout the Southern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne.

DCA managed an exhibition booth at the Information Technology in Aged Care Conference in Melbourne on July 23-25. Linda Cox (pictured right) from the DCA team presented on the subject of integrating community care and residential aged care client records using The Care Manager.

Staff from the Multicultural Community Care Service offer some smiles after a day of training. The organisation received the refresher training at their office in Cabramatta, NSW from TCM trainer Andrew Jeffrey on 23 July. Topics covered included single-shift rostering and debtor management.
