The Care Manager supports delivery of services to National Respite for Carers Program (NRCP) Minimum dataset as well as Home and Community Care (HACC). Services can be managed for carers and recipients within a common dataset.

Support is provided for a variety of community funding models as well as debtor management for fee-for service contracts. Services are delivered by rostering your own staff or brokering services from third party organisations.
