Database Admin for non-IT Users

Description

The Database Admin for Non-IT Users course is a full-day course that focuses on the administrative aspects of a The Care Manager database.

Intended Audience

The Database Admin for Non-IT Users course will suit care managers, coordinators and other staff who use The Care Manager but do not work in an IT department.

These staff members may be responsible for tasks such as adding workers; clearing passwords, preparing for Wizard reporting; customising drop-down lists, changing the costs of a service; generating Service Instances; using Look up Lists or configuring the correspondence feature.

This training module concentrates on setting up and configuring the database. It does not cover the more technical elements of operating a SQL database such as installing, upgrading or running SQL queries.
