Intended Audience
The tcm 7 Database Administrator course will suit care managers, coordinators and other staff who use tcm 7 but do not work in an IT department.
These staff members may be responsible for database tasks such as adding workers; preparing for Wizard reporting; changing the costs of services; understanding Service Instances; using Codes lists and other configuration tasks.
This training module concentrates on setting up and configuring the database. It does not cover the more technical elements of operating a SQL database such as installing, upgrading or running SQL queries.
