The tcm 7 Multi-Shift course is a full-day introduction to the tcm7 rostering feature.
The Rostering feature is available for organisations that roster their own staff to undertake tasks in client’s homes. This training day will concentrate on multi-shift rostering rather than single-shift rostering.
Also covered in this session is the Rostering Toolkit that analyses planned rostered appointments and resolves worker and client conflicts.
