MODULE 08 -Ttcm 7 SUPER USER WORKSHOP

Description

The tcm 7 Super User Workshop course is a full-day introduction to the new tcm 7 software.

Topics include:

• Initial general overview - navigation, sorting and filtering options, etc.
• Major changes to existing features (e.g. Diaries and Calendars)
• New features (e.g. Events Switchboard)
• Exploring how something undertaken in The Care Manager can now be done in tcm 7 (e.g. adding a new client, running a report, adding services, etc.).
  

Intended Audience

The tcm 7 Super User Workshop course is aimed at users who have been using The Care Manager (Version 6.11.x or earlier) for some time and who have a solid grasp of the fundamentals. It hoped that the super user will inform and enthuse the general user back at the office and will take an active part in the organisation's transition to tcm 7.
